This exquisite 925 Silver pendant showcases an authentic Roman coin dating back to 49 BC. This remarkable coin features a powerful depiction of an elephant triumphantly trampling upon a snake, symbolizing the victory over evil. Notably, this coin was minted by the military mint that accompanied Julius Caesar during his historic campaign in April 49 BC.

On the reverse side of the coin, a symphony of symbols unfolds, including the simpulum, aspergillum, and the securis, all crowned with a priestly hat. These elements collectively allude to Julius Caesar's esteemed role as Pontifex Maximum. Gaius Julius Caesar, a distinguished Roman general and statesman, known for his pivotal role in the First Triumvirate, led the Roman armies to triumph in the Gallic Wars and later emerged victorious in a civil war against Pompey. Subsequently, he governed the Roman Republic as a dictator from 49 BC until his tragic assassination in 44 BC.
