Is the Shipping Free on every item?

Yes, Serra Roma does provide free DHL Express and insured shipping for every item on the website.

Custom Taxes

Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the buyer's responsibility and will be settled at the given customs office. Serra Roma is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork for the parcel to clear customs.

Europe: 1-3 Days

Australia: 3-5 Days

Everywhere else: 3-5 Days 

* At the moment we do not deliver to China, Russia, and Ukraine.

Note: we do not send to post office boxes.

How long will it take for my order to be prepared?

All orders, except for personalized ones, are prepared within 
24 business hours after the order confirmation date. 
This preparation time can vary according to peak seasons like 
Black Friday or Christmas. Personalized jewels have a specific 
preparation time, indicated during the purchase process.
We do not take responsibility for factors external to Serra 
Roma which may delay or prevent delivery, and which are not 
covered by our logistic partners.
