The "Geacolor" vase by Venini was born in 1995 from the creativity of the Italian architect Gae Aulenti, and will have an immense success. The vase is first blown into a perfect sphere, and immediately after, more than 40 colored glass bubbles are applied to it when heated; the block is then heated again to amalgamate the entire surface. The overlapping of colors generates irregular and always different protrusions, making each single piece unique.
