Exchanges and returns

Serra Roma gladly accepts returns and exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14-days cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

To make a return we require a shipment with a tracking code to avoid long times and possible loss. It is also recommended to insure the shipment for its value.

Buyers are responsible for order transaction costs.

For this reason, the refund will be slightly lower than the amount spent at the time of the order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Serra Roma can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
