Authentic Greek Silver Coin Pendant depicting Warrior on Horseback

This sterling silver pendant was designed by me and handmade by the craftsmen of my shop, SERRA, opened in Rome in 1910 and located in via Margutta 57, in the historic center of the city, very close to the Spanish Steps! This silver coin comes from the city of Tarentum, in Souther Apulia. The coin, a silver didracma, depicts a helmeted warrior on horseback. On the reverse side of the coin we can see Phalanthos astride dolphin holding flower and cornucopia The coin is from the 3rd century B.C. All of our jewels are certified by a certificate of authenticity attesting their Greek or Roman origin!
