Set in this 18Kt gold pendant is an authentic Roman coin from 49 BC. C. which depicts an elephant that is trampling on a snake (symbol of Victory over evil). The coin was minted by the military mint that traveled with Julius Caesar in April 49 BC.
In the back: simpulum, aspergillum, securis with priestly hat: everything refers to the position of Julius Caesar's Pontifex Maximum.
