This 18Kt gold ring showcases an authentic Roman Carnelian, tracing its origins to the 1st-2nd century A.D. Adorned with the image of Demeter, known as Ceres in Roman mythology, with her classical attributes: ears of wheat, poppies, and a rudder, she leans on the agricultural tool known as "trapetum," a large millstone used by the Romans for extracting olive oil.

Two Green Peridots adorn this stunning ring: Peridots are captivating gemstones known for their vibrant green hues, ranging from yellowish-green to olive or brownish-green. These gemstones are a variety of the mineral olivine. They are one of the few gems that come in only one color, although the intensity and tint of the green can vary depending on the amount of iron present in the crystal structure.

Eventually, Zeus brokers a compromise: Kore will split her time between the underworld and the earth, with her stay below ground corresponding to the number of seeds consumed. Thus, each year, Demeter eagerly awaits Kore's return, heralding the rebirth of nature with the advent of spring.

The reconciliation between mother and daughter signifies a newfound understanding, as they embrace their altered roles and the equilibrium of their relationship evolves.
